The latest report from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) warns that we have less than a decade to drastically reduce our global greenhouse gas emissions and turn the climate crisis around. The good news is that we actually have the tools to do this: the scientific expertise, the technical know-how, and proposed economic and policy structures that could work. The bad news is that this information is often packaged into 3,000+ page technical reports or jargon-filled academic research papers that are hidden behind paywalls.
At Climate Now, our mission is to ensure that the knowledge we need to solve the global climate crisis is accessible to anyone who wants to facilitate change. We are a Science and Education Webby-nominated multimedia platform engaging world-leading climate experts to help us explain the key scientific ideas, technologies, and policies relevant to solving the global climate crisis and reaching a net-zero future.
